I. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY RESUME TEMPLATE

 

As this resume indicates, an executive secretary is similar to a normal secretary, but has more responsibility. Tony Starkey, the job candidate, wrote on his resume that he set tasks for subordinate staff, presented information to senior members of his company, and determined courses of action in response to incoming correspondence. Tony failed to quantify his resume enough, however -- he should have included how big his staff is, the size of his budget, and the volume of correspondence he dealt with daily.
