1) How do I cancel?
Login to your account, click on “My Account”, then go to “Plan Information”, and click “Cancel Account”.
You will receive a cancellation email for your records. Be sure to refer to your Username for reference if you need to contact Customer Service.
2) How do I get my free resume?
You can use our Builder completely for FREE and download your resume in TEXT format only.
3) When will my subscription auto-renew?
To find the date when your subscription will renew, please go to “My Account” and “Plan Information”. The date of your next renewal will be shown there.
4) What can I do with a paid subscription?
With a paid subscription you can create as many resumes and cover letters as you want, download in Text, Word or PDF, email/fax/print, and search for jobs directly from your account.
5) Why can’t I log in to my account?
You may be putting the wrong password. Click Login, then the “Forgot Password?” link. Follow the instructions and you may set up a new password.
It is also possible that you never created an account with us. Did you ever receive an Activation Email from us?
6) When will I receive my resume critique?
We offer a Complimentary Resume Critique that is sent within 48 hours of your activation and registration process if you have a paid account.
If you do not receive it within that time frame you can notify us by e-mailing our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by messaging us via Live Chat.
Depending on the settings of your e-mail provider your resume critique can be classified and filtered as "Spam" and unfortunately this something we cannot control. Please check your spam inbox or contact us for immediate assistance.
